L’allestimento rappresenta un processo conoscitivo della realtà eterogenea della popular music bolognese dal dopoguerra ad oggi e si snoda lungo più assi, concettuali e fisici, che si intersecano e si allontanano seguendo un unico orizzonte creativo. La persona come entità è il tema fondamentale dell’intera esposizione: la figura progettata, la Vela, rappresenta l’astrazione della persona ed è costituita esternamente da due superfici, una stampa lenticolare, raffigurante gli artisti e i momenti più rappresentativi del decennio, e una superficie specchiante.
The exhibition represents a cognitive process of the heterogeneous reality of Bolognese popular music from the post-war period to today and unfolds along several conceptual and physical axes, which intersect and move away following a single creative horizon. The person as an entity is the fundamental theme of the entire exhibition: the designed figure, the Vela, represents the abstraction of the person and is externally made up of two surfaces, a lenticular print, depicting the artists and the most representative moments of the decade, and a mirroring surface.
